TARGET
Internal and external washing and sanitation of waste containers.
WHAT
The body is provided with an AISI stainless steel tank for containing water. The tank is divided in two Compartments, the former of which for proper waster and the later to recover waste waters from the washing compartment which is placed in the tank back in a single structure. The washing compartment is internally covered , in its top and lower parts, by stainless steel panels and it constitutes a water tight structure.
OPERATING MODE
Automatic or manual bins washing system.
BINS WASHING
The internal bins washing is made up by two lifting articulations which include steel rods bearing, at their ends, self rotating heads each provided with four nozzles. The bins external washing system is based on a set of mobile bars incorporating stainless steel nozzles which are connected to each other by rigid and flexible pipes, placed on the internal walls of the washing chamber and on its door : this in order to be able to cover the total external bins surface.
OUTFITS
Lifter for bins and/or containers. Rear camera with cabin monitor. CE standard workers footboards. Devices for setting the different washing cycles.
OPTIONAL
Customizable according to the client’s request.
CERTIFICATIONS
In conformity with the “Machine Directive” and to all the norms in force in Italy and in the EC.
